An Employee Support Programme (ESP), or Employee Assistance Programme as they are also known, is a confidential life management and personal support service which can help individuals deal with both everyday situations and more serious problems.

The ESP helpline is staffed with qualified professionals 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Advisors are always available to take your call, day or night.

A professional, easy and quick way to resolve the challenges everybody faces, an ESP can help individuals achieve a positive life balance.

For practical concerns, the ESP offers a wide range of accessible information services by telephone. These are provided by teams of skilled specialists in each relevant area.

Personal support is also available from the ESP for the times when individuals feel over-stretched and would benefit from some guidance, information or the chance to talk to someone impartial. Advisers are able to provide support on a range of personal matters, including emotional problems, family concerns, relationship or marital difficulties, work related worries, stress and a multitude of other individual concerns.

We offer many different levels of service, from telephone only programmes through to those that include face to face counselling sessions local to either the client's home or place of work.

A full ESP would typically include 6 sessions of face to face counselling, which is widely acknowledged to be the maximum number of sessions appropriate to complete short term therapy.

Alternatively, those new to the ESP market may wish to look at a programme that includes access to the initial assessment session, and where further sessions, if clinically required, are provided on an ad-hoc/pay as you go basis.
